What is your return policy?
Returning with Bambee is intentionally easy so you can shop with confidence.
Refund: If you have any issues with your product and would like a refund, all you need to do is message us through the "Contact" page within 30 days of receipt and we will take care of the rest.
Replacement: If you have any issues with your product and would like a replacement, message us through the "Contact" page stating your issue and we will respond back requesting a high-quality image or video of the damage or defect. Once we receive this, we will get your replacement shipped at no charge to you.
What is your shipping time?
Most of our consumers are in the USA. Shipping times to the USA are approximately 10-15 days. Often it arrives earlier, but we don't want to make any promises we can't keep.
If you are ordering from outside the USA, please send us a message through the "Contact" page and we can give you a shipping estimate!
We hope to reduce these shipping times in the near future as we become a better established company.
